Holliday's boys golf team took home the school's first 2A state golf title Friday at the Clay Kizer Golf Club in Austin.
The Eagles shot a two-day total of 332-355--687, holding off Whitesboro by two strokes for first.
Holliday was led by the efforts of MSU signee Jared Baker (78-83--161) and R.J. Trainham (76-85--161), who both finished tied for eighth individually at +19.
On the girls' side, Burkburnett's Sarah Moore (81-73--154) took her second-straight state 3A individual title with a strong second round.
She shot a 1-over 73 to come from behind and finish at +10 overall, ahead of three players from Andrews.
In Class A, Seymour's boys finished second to Weimar, while Throckmorton finished eighth.
Seymour (348-346--694) was led by bronze medalist Cameron Montgomery (83-76--159), who finished just a shot out of a playoff for first.
The Greyhounds (361-384--745) were led by Lanham Brown (83-85--168), who tied for 9th.
Tied with Brown was Quanah's Jordan Freeman (85-83--168).
