Kid Fish Rodeo At Lake Arrowhead

 

The Texas Parks And Wildlife Department will host the 21st Annual Mark Howell Kid Fish Rodeo at Lake Arrowhead State Park. It will be June 1 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

 

  • Tackle and bait will be furnished while supplies last.
  • Parents and Grandparents may assist.
  • Prizes will be awarded in each age group.
  • For Kids 3 to 16 years old.

All Prizes Donated By Local Vendors. Adults can get in on the action by entering the Rough Fish Contest.  It's 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  •  17-year-old and up.
  •  Prizes will be awarded.

 There will be a $2.00 registration for the Rough Fish Contest.

  • Register at the old Park Store Building.
  • Fish must be caught within park boundaries.
  • Must be registered prior to fishing.
