Narcotics Complaint Leads To Arrest

One man was arrested after authorities investigated a narcotics complaint.

The incident happened on Friday when the Wichita Falls Police Department Organized Crime Unit and the K-9 Unit received the complaint, which resulted in a traffic stop.

Harvey Alfred Bisson was arrested and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance over one gram. 

Investigators also seized 212 units of suspected LSD as well as over 100 tabs of a suspected MDMA, also known as ecstasy.  Scales, baggies, and over $1,400 case and a vehicle were also seized.

More charges will be filed pending lab results on the LSD and MDMA.

The 29-year-old remains in the Wichita County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
