The Wichita Falls Human Resources Management Association (WFHRMA) is hosting their annual fall conference on September 18th, 2013.
It is happening at the Wellington Banquet and Conference Center from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.
This year's conference theme is "Creating Cultures of Peace." Anyone who is interested in engaging their employees, reducing workplace conflict, and developing and integrating cultures of peace is welcome to register for the event.
Their opening speaker is Jackie Hoegger. She will be discussing customer service and the role of organizational culture in providing high-quality services and products.
The conference will also include a three-person panel comprised of local professionals Kristi Faulkner, Robert Woodruff, and Penny Miller. Each panelist will highlight their expertise on reducing workplace conflict.
Joe Bontke will be discussing conflict resolution and how appropriate actions taken early in a conflict can avoid complains and litigation.
Don Swift will be outlining how businesses can set up appropriate alternative dispute resolution processes to solve conflict early.
James Frank will wrap up the program by sharing his insights on developing and integrating the desired culture in a workplace, especially when joining companies together.
