Shooting Sends One Woman To Hospital

Wichita Falls Police responded to a drive-by shooting in the 1200 block of Trout St. just before 10 p.m. Friday.

Officers on scene told us one woman was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the foot, but her injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening. Another woman was also taken to the hospital for a broken leg.

Officers said the shot was fired from outside, and hit the victim inside a house.

WFPD is looking for a black Chevy Malibu believed to be involved in the shooting.
