Death Threat Leads To Arrest

A call for a group of people making threats led to one man behind bars.

Luis Alfredo Davila was not charged for the threat allegations.  Police ran his license plate number and discovered he had warrants out for his arrest.

It started when Wichita Falls Police got the call around 11:15p.m. Sunday night in the 1900 block of Elizabeth Ave. near Bridwell Park.

Police stopped a white sedan and detained three people inside the vehicle for making death threats and took Davila into custody.
