10th Street Assault

A 59-year-old man is charged with aggravated assault, after police say he pointed a shotgun, and made threats at another person.

Police said he fled the scene after the encounter.

Wichita FallsPolice said there were two vehicles involved in some sort of conflict on Monday. When they reached the intersection of 10th St. and Van Buren around 1:30p.m., Charles Randall Likens supposedly took the incident a little further.

According to police, Likens drove off and was eventually stopped around 30 minutes later in the 3800 block of Hammon Rd.
