Shooting in the Falls

Wichita Falls Police have suspended the search for a shooting suspect.

Authorities had shut down thru traffic to Reilly Road, Wellington Lane, and the area west of Cartright Road.

Calls went out around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at Reilly Rd. and Wellington Ln. after a man was shot and told police he had been robbed. 

The Wichita Falls Police Department, the Wichita County Sheriff's Office, DPS Troopers and Correction Officers from the Allred Unit searched for the suspect.

The wanted man is described as an Hispanic male, 5'6" 130-pounds. He has a grown out buzz cut and was last seen wearing a long sleeved blue shirt and baggy jeans. He was also wearing black tennis shoes.
