Aggravated Assault Pre-Trial

A man police believe is connected to a drive-by shooting in Wichita County is dues in 89th District Court Monday afternoon.

Joseph William Arrick Jr., 47, and Kimberly Rene Stone, 45, were arrested by police in November 2012 in the 1600 block of Bailey Rd for aggravated assault.

The Wichita County Sheriff's Office said they were able to find Arrick and Stone quickly because Arrick sent a text message to the victims saying he was going to shoot their house.

Arricks's pre-trial conference is scheduled to begin at 1:30p.m.
