Changes To Fill Station

Posted: Updated:

A Wichita Falls Fill Station will see some changes in the coming weeks.

The Reilly Road location will soon no longer have a coin operated system.  Instead, city officials are installing a new automatic account system.  It should be in place by the end of the year.  The changes are in effort to stop abuse and to maintain control of water use.

City residents in annexed areas who do not have water service will still be able to get drinking water, but they will have an appointment.  Those city resident will be receiving instructions by mail within the next few days.
