Sentencing In Bridwell Park Shooting

A man connected to a shooting at Bridwell park this summer has been sentenced.

Joshua Lee McClelland pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence.  He was sentenced to three years' probation and ordered to pay fines and over $400 in court costs.

McClelland was charged with tampering with evidence after removing gun shell casings from the scene of the shooting in June 2013.  It sent one man to the hospital.
