Investigation New Drug In Connection To Deaths

Investigators are working to determine whether the deaths of two Duncan men may be linked to a potent drug that destroys the body from the inside.

"Krokodil" originated in Russia as a cheap alternative to heroin and has been making its way into the U.S.  The drug dissolves the skin overtime and can create green scaly scarring, which gives it the name.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics is trying to determine if the drug was involved in the deaths of Justin McGee, a Duncan father of four, and a friend of his.

If the link is confirmed, they could be the first victims of "Krocodil" in the U.S.
