Governor Mary Fallin is ordering state agency leaders to not use any state money to temporarily fund federal programs unless they have been guaranteed federal reimbursement.

A memo was sent our urging agency heads to discontinue any federally funded programs that could result in a permanent loss of state funds.

In a statement, Fallin said Oklahoma doesn't have the resources to support federal programs and said the federal government needs to solve its own problems.
