A Wichita Falls man is sentenced to federal prison for his role in a major meth distribution conspiracy in Texoma.
Dewey Wells will spend 97 months behind bars. A U.S. District Judge handing down the punishment to the 45-year-old earlier this month.
Wells pleaded guilty in April 2013 to being involved in the major meth ring out of The Budget Inn. Wells also admitted to selling meth to undercover DPS troopers several times.
His arrest was part of a huge round up this time last year involving the Wichita Falls Police, Sheriff's Office, DPS, and U.S. Marshalls.
