Interfaith Ministries is getting ready for their 2nd Annual Holiday Happenings event.

It is happening on Saturday, October 26th, 2013 in Holliday, Texas.  They have a craft and vendor show that will be going on all day as well as a "Tour of Homes," which runs from 1:00p.m. until 4:00p.m.  The cost to take part in the tour is $12 per person. 

There are also having a BBQ Luncheon from 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m., which will only cost you $6. 

They will have pottery, western decor, baked items, seasonings, Christmas items, jewelry, paintings, quilts, purses, children's items, and more up for grabs during their craft and vendor show.  It will only cost you two can of food to take part in the event.

All of the proceeds will go to Interfaith Ministries.

It is being held at the First Methodist Church in Holliday.  It's located at 304 S. Elm Street.

    Since the 1950's the Wichita County Mounted Patrol Rodeo brought in crowds from all across Texoma. After unexpectedly shutting down in 2011 due to financial issues it is coming back and better than ever. Former Steer Wrestling World Champion Mickey Gee told me there is nothing better than a Texas rodeo. The Wichita county native spent many years attending the WCMP Rodeo with his father and knew when the gates closed in 2011 he had to do something to bring it back.
