Baseball Exhibition Tribute

Posted: Updated:

An exhibition game to honor Christopher Lane is scheduled for Thursday night at the Duncan High School Baseball Field.

The game between East Central University, where Lane attended college, and Redlands Community College, where Lane transferred from, was postponed this past week because of weather.

The game is set to begin at 5:00p.m. and it's completely free, but donations will be collected for the Chris Lane Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The 232-year-old Australian native was shot and killed as he jogged down a Duncan street in August 2013.
