NEW DEVELOPMENTS: Third Teen Charged In Duncan Baseball Player Murder

A third teenager has been charged with First-Degree Murder for his role in the deadly shooting of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane, 22.

Michael Dewayne Jones, 17, is facing the upgraded charge. He was initially facing lesser charges, including accessory after the fact.

Jones is one of three teenagers accused of killing Lane. Lane was living in Duncan, Oklahoma on a baseball scholarship.

Police said Jones told officers they were "bored" when they shot and killed Lane.

Lane was shot in the back.
