Former Firefighter Pleads Guilty

A former Electra Firefighter will spend no time in jail for intentionally setting fires.

Christopher Allen Bussey pleaded guilty on Thursday to two counts of arson.  The 23-year-old was sentenced to five years of supervision, which is a type of probation, and he has to pay a $750 fine.

If Bussey violates any terms of his agreement, the judge said he will serve the rest of the time behind bars.
