The Texoma woman convicted of killing her brother in a 2010 drink driving crash is expected in the 30th District Court on Friday for her bond hearing.
Elizabeth Monnique Duerson was scheduled to be in the 31st District Court on Friday, November 8th, but it was postponed until Friday, November 15th, 2013. She pleaded guilty to intoxications manslaughter for the 2010 accident.
A little before 3:00a.m. in January in 2010 officers were called to the 2100 block of Kemp Boulevard. Police said Duerson was traveling north on Kemp when she hit the right curb, crossed the center median, and struck two trees and a light pole. Duerson's brother, Benton William Crow II was ejected from the car.
