A judge has delayed the preliminary hearing for three Duncan teenagers accused of shooting and killing an Australian baseball player.
The teens were due in court on Wednesday, November 20th. All three boys, Michael Jones, Chancey Luna, and James Edwards Junior face First Degree Murder charges. They are accused of shooting 22-year-old Christopher Lane while he was jogging in Duncan in August.
Investigators said the teens decided to kill him because they were bored. Their preliminary hearing has been postponed until February 4th.
