Turkey Buster

With Thanksgiving right around the corner everyone is preparing their stomachs to pack it all in.

The after affect is feeling super full and sometimes sleepy.  A lot of times we put on a few pounds, but this year there is an event to help you burn all those calories.

The Wichita Falls YMCA is hosting their Turkey Buster, which is a two and a half hour fat obliterating, power infused workouts sure to melt away any damage from Thanksgiving.  The session will be packed with the latest muscle sculpting and fat burning exercises.

It's happening on November 29th so you have a day to rest up after eating.  It's going on from 9:00a.m. until 12:00p.m.  The best part is it only costs $5!  Look below for a look at their schedule!
