6th Street House Catches Fire

The damage to a house in Wichita Falls from a fire has been estimated at $50,000.

It happened on North 6th Street on Monday night.

Fire fighters were called to the 13-hundred block of North 6th just before 9:00pm on Monday night. It only took about 10 minutes for them to knock the flames down but the damage was already done.

Everyone in the home escaped without injury. Our crews did witness one person being treated at the scene but they were not taken to a hospital.
