Five Car Crash Injures Multiple People

A five car crash on US 287 sent multiple people to the hospital Saturday night.

The crash occurred around 6:40 p.m. on south bound US 287 just north of the Wise County line by Sunset at 101. One person was ejected from their car and people involved were airlifted to the Harris and John Peter Smith hospital.

Department of Public Safety troopers are on the scene investigating. Montague County Sheriff deputies and other agencies are helping to direct traffic that has been backed up for miles.

    A Texoma church is preparing for a missions trip to Africa, but a recent financial short fall has put the main purpose of the trip on hold. Ian Klein sat down with the pastor, who is hopeful that with a little community support, they will still be able to raise the funds needed to make a difference worlds away.
