Archer City Moves Into Stage 4 Drought Disaster

Archer City is the latest Texoma town to enter Stage 4 Water Restrictions.

The restrictions officially kicked in at 12:00a.m. on Monday.  The new rules place a total ban on the outdoor use of water. 

City Leaders said compliance during Stage 2 and 3 was good and they expect the same cooperation during Stage 4.  However, if you break the rules expect to pay a fine.  There is a surcharge for water usage over 11,000 gallons.
