Court Martial for Fort Sill Soldier

     Six soldiers at Fort Sill will begin the new year facing court martial for a number of serious offenses.

    The first soldier on the docket is army specialist Juan Espinoza, who's facing court martial for an Article 120. Article 120 lists several serious charges which mostly focus on some type of sexual assault, rape, or sexual abuse. Specialist Espinoza's court martial is scheduled to begin January 14th at nine in the morning on post.
