A Fort Hood soldier appeared in court on Thursday in Central Texas.

Tyler Glen Patrick is accused of stealing explosives from the post and trying to sell them.  The 23-year-old tried to sell a 1.25 pound block of C-4 explosive, which is enough to kill several people.

If he is found guilty, he could face up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000.
