The Optimal Health University will be January 18th from 9 am to 3 pm at the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall. Registration will begin at 8:30 Saturday morning.  

The Optimal Health University is aimed to educate the community on how to live well.
 
This year guest speaker, nutritionist and pharmacist, Ben Fuchs will be discussing how to have healthy lifestyle.

In addition to Ben Fuchs, other speakers will be discussing topics such as healthy weight loss programs, essential nutrients and prescriptions. 

Box lunches will also be available to those to RSVP to this event. 

The Optimal Health University is free to the public. The Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall is located at 1000 5th Street.
