Cloud Seeding Could Happen in Texoma

The City of Wichita Falls is looking into the possibility of cloud seeding.

Cloud seeding is the process of adding substances to the air to help make it rain. Newschannel 6 confirmed with the Public Works Department Tuesday morning that it is investigating the possibility of doing cloud seeding as early as this year.
