Rider Theatre is putting on the play Radium Girls this weekend.

In 1926, luminous watches were the latest rage. Until the girls who painted them began to fall ill with a mysterious disease

Inspired by a true story, Radium Girls traces the efforts of Grace Fryer, a dial painter, as she fights for her day in court.  Her chief adversary is her former employer, Arthur Roeder, an idealistic man who cannot bring himself to believe that the same element that shrinks tumors could have anything to do with the terrifying rash of illnesses among his employees.

All performances take place in the Rider Auditorium. Performances take place at the following times:
    Friday, January 17th 7:30pm
    Saturday, January 18th 7:30pm
    Sunday, January 19th 2:30pm
    Tuesday, January 21th 7:30pm

Tickets cost $5.00 for students and $7.00 for adults. Tickets are sold at the Rider Auditorium. Rider Theatre requests that no one brings children under the age of five.
