Munday's Collier Switches Commitment

Munday senior football star L.J. Collier switched his commitment last week from Texas Tech to TCU.

Collier had committed to TTU last February, following in the footsteps of his former Mogul teammate Dee Paul.

But after reports surfaced that Tech may have either pulled his offer, or told him he may need to "grayshirt," or delay his enrollment, he verbally committed to TCU on Thursday, January 16.

That's when he posted on his Twitter account, "Can't wait to be a TCU horned frog gonna be great #whatsgoodfortworth"

Collier is considered a 3-star prospect by all of the major recruiting websites, and his stock rose after being named Defensive MVP of the 2012 1A State Championship Game against Tenaha.

But had a disappointing senior season for the Moguls, hampered by injury.
