Murder Trial

Posted: Updated:
The trial of an Altus man accused of First Degree Murder continued on Friday.

Altus Detective, Bill Perkins, testified in court on Thursday and said blood and evidence of a struggle was found in the home of Manuel Daniel Junior.  Altus police searched his home following the murder of Melissa Bost.  Investigators said Daniel killed Bost in February 2012, after she brought him cocaine to his house.  Her body was found in her car in an alley, several miles from Daniel’s house.

If convicted, he could receive the death penalty.
