Court Martial For Army Specialist is Over

A Court Martial for a Fort Sill Army Specialist is over.

Last week, Specialist Vito Asaro was found guilty of using cocaine, abusive sexual contact, and assault.  Fort Sill officials said Asaro has sexual contact with an Army Private while she couldn’t defend herself.  He also hit her in the face and used a marker to draw on her.

His sentence includes a reduction in rank, 75 days hard labor, 75 days of restriction to the barracks, and forfeiture of $700 for two months.
