Murder Trial Rescheduled

A man accused in the murder of a Wichita Falls convenience store clerk was due in the 30th District Court on Friday.  However, the pre-trial conference has been delayed for 60 days.

32-year-old Steven Anthony Wade is facing capital murder charges for last October’s murder of Lorenzo Jones.  Police said was and 20-year-old Steven Anthony Williams went to the Zoom Zoom’s store on MLK Junior Boulevard to rob the store.  They ended up shooting Jones before leaving the store with some cash.
