Free Microchipping

The City of Wichita Falls Animal Service Center is gearing up for “World Spay Day,” which is Tuesday, February 25th.

They will be offering free microchipping for pets that are currently spayed or neutered.

Microchips are a permanent form of identification for your pet.  It contains a number, which is registered in a database that has the owners contact information.  This is perfect for pet owners if their critters get out of the fence or lost.

The microchipping will be taking place from 11:00a.m. until 6:00p.m. at the Animal Service Center.  You will need to have proof that your pet has been spayed or neutered or proof that you have made an appointment.
