Campaign 2014 - Wichita County Commissioner, Precinct 2

The republican primary race for Wichita County Commissioner, Precinct 2 was the most highly contested race in Wichita County. Four republicans Bill Lockwood, Lee Harvey, Leon Crabtree Jr and Mickey Fincannon all hoping to gain to be the nomination to run as the republican candidate for Wichita County Commissioner, Precinct 2. Tuesdays results show that the race will be extended to May runoff election between Bill Lockwood and Lee Harvey.

 Tuesday nights final results place Lee Harvey at the top with 40%, Bill Lockwood with 32%, Mickey Fincannon with 18% and Leon Crabtree with 11%. Both runoff candidates spent time with watching the results with family and friends. Lee Havey held a house party from his Burkburnett home while Bill Lockwood watched the results come in with his family at Parkway Grill.
 
 Wichita republicans will have to wait until May 27th before they find out who will represent them in the November 2014 general election against democrat Tom Bursey.
