Rider's Catletti Signs with Midwestern Basketball

Rider basketball senior Skye Catletti will play college basketball for Midwestern State!

She averaged six points, six rebounds, and was among the area's leaders in steals with 2.1 per game this season, being named 2nd-Team all-District 5-4A.

She joins her former Lady Raider teammate Jennifer Sissel in maroon and gold, and told Newschannel 6 she looks forward to being reunited with her friend.

"I was always close to Jen," Catletti said. "She taught me a lot. So, even as a senior, going up to being a freshman again, she's definitely given me a lot of comfort, and she's very helpful."

She also said she was happy to be able to stay home in Wichita Falls.

"I've always been a family person," she said. "I love being around my family, and it's nice to be able to know everybody, being at home and having that comfort."
