Cloud Seeding for the Second Time

Cloud Seeding Operations took place for the second time Saturday morning in Wichita Falls.

Seeding Operations and Atmospheric Research (S.O.A.R.) officials said they cloud seeded around 10 a.m. towards the west and southwest area of the city.

This time they fired 12 flares.
