WFISD Senior Send--Off

High school seniors in the Wichita Falls Independent School District got a jump start on their futures on Wednesday.

Senior Send-Off is coordinated by Partners in Educations.  Seniors from all of the high schools attended seminars and workshops to get them ready for life after high school.  Topics included how to buy a car how to apply to college, how to make a resume, and others.

Students we spoke with said it’s a helpful way to get ready for life after high school.

Alexis Porta, Rider High School Senior said, “I’m probably going to go the college life.  Pretty much they tell you how to enroll for classes, or what to expect with dorm life.”

The Senior-Send Off is an annual event for WFISD.
