Stage 5: Water Limits

Wichita Falls City Councilors approved Stage 5 restrictions on Tuesday.

They will go into effect when the combined total for Lake Arrowhead and Lake Kickapoo his 25-percent.  One of the restrictions allows households to use up to 10,000 gallons of water before surcharges kick in.
