Aggravated Robbery Suspect In Court

A man accused of an aggravated robbery was in court on Thursday for a pre-trial conference.

Renard Vaughn was in the 89th District Court for the crime that happened in April 2013.

Police said three people entered a house in the 2100 block of Avenue K and began arguing with an 18-year-old.  The teen was shot in the face, but survived.

Vaughn has reportedly admitted to investigators he drove the suspects to and from the house that evening.

He is charged with Aggravated Robbery and is still jailed on a $200,000 bond.

Newschannel 6 is working to find out when his next court date will be.
