Pretrial Conference Delayed

One of the three men accused in the first murder last year will be heading back to court in July.

According to the arrest affidavit, 18-year-old Brandon Mabonga admitted he drove the other two suspects involved, to the house of 35-year-old David May.  It happened in January 2013.

The other two suspects, Deontay Johnson and Jonathan Booker are in jail.  Police said Johnson had a pistol and Booker had a shotgun.  Mabonga said Booker and Johnson got out of the car and he later heard arguing.

Mabonga said Johnson threatened to kill anyone who talked about the shooting.
