Burkburnett Enacts Stage 5 Water Restrictions

Water customers in Burkburnett are now under stage 5 water restrictions.  Burkburnett City Council voted to enact the restrictions Monday night during it's city council meeting. 

 
The changes prohibit:
  • Outdoor watering with city water.
  • Refilling pools with city water and states irrigation meters will be shut off. 
  • Commercial car washes shall only operate 17 hours a day, 7 days a week, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
