Six Texoma softball players were named All-State this week by the Texas Girls' Coaches Association!

Four of the six come from the Class-A ranks. Petrolia is the only school with multiple selections, with Katie Cummings and Abby Anderson being selected.

Archer City's Ashtyn Wuthrich and Windthorst's Logan Pennartz round out the 1A selections.

In Class 2A, Holliday's Grayson Nichols was honored, while the area's lone 3A selection was Iowa Park's Peyton Helton.

Also, Helton was chosen to play in the TGCA 1A-2A-3A State All-Star game, where she will be coached by Petrolia's Dede Gray, in her final game as a coach.
