Wichita Falls Woman Sentenced

A Wichita Falls woman accused or aggravated sexual assault was sentenced to five years behind bars.

A pre-trial conference was held for Cynthia Ann Ross in the 30th District Court.  Documents shoed the victim’s mother let Ross stay in her apartment.  Here electricity was shut off.

The mother told police she found Ross and her child on the bed in his room.  The mother asked Ross to leave the apartment.  Then she called police.
