River Bend Nature Center Kids Summer Camps

The River Bend Nature Center will offer five camps this summer for kids ages four through twelve.

The first camp, Crazy ‘bout Critter will be June 23rd through June 27th. Campers will be able to discover pond critters, going on a scavenger hunt for animal tracks and taking closer look at the small world of insects.

Nature Detectives, July 7th through July 11th will allow campers to solve nature mysteries by making a nature detective tool bag and collecting evidence to solve mysteries.

Wild ‘bout Wildlife, July 21st through July 25th will let campers get up close and personal with RBNC wildlife.

Mad Scientists, August 4th through August 8th will allow campers to set up and explore a science lab!

The last RBNC Summer Camp is River Bend Rangers. Rangers will meet daily nature challenges and earn a badge each day by accomplishing outdoor skills.

All of the camps will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Camps are $70.00 for members and $80 for non-members.
