Heroin Arrest

 A man from Fort Worth is behind bars in Texoma after getting caught with heroin.

Wichita Falls Police Officers said they tried to pull over Alvin Montrell Sadler after he failed to use his signal.  The 31-year-old eventually stopped, but then he sped off.  Investigators said he finally stopped on Stratford Street, but he took off on foot.

The passenger also got out of the car and ran.  He ended up dropping nine ounces of heroin during the foot chase.  Officers also found more that $2,200.

Sadler is charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance of 200 Grams and Evading Arrest.  His bond has been set at $200,000.
