A small plane emergency lands near the Wichita Valley Airport on Monday morning.
Authorities said the pilot of a homemade aircraft was performing "touch and go" landings. During a "touch and go" landing, the pilot will take off, circle around the area, land and then do it again. In the middle of one of the practice runs, the pilot lost power forcing him to land on Rifle Range Road, a small airstrip outside of Wichita Valley Airport.
The pilot was able to walk away from the crash with no injuries. His name has not been released at this time.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the the emergency landing.
