For the second time in less than a week a dangerous drug is pulled off the street.
This latest incident happened Friday, July 11th, when a DPS Trooper pulled the driver of a Uhaul truck over on Highway 82.
The trooper says the driver was stopped because the truck was traveling on the road's shoulder instead of on the highway.
The trooper asked the driver for consent to search the vehicle, but was denied. Authorities say that's when another trooper and a K-9 were brought in. The K-9 alerted on an odor of narcotics.
