Injury To A Child Involving 3 Children

An investigation in late May leads to the arrest of a Wichita Falls man who is now accused of causing injury to three children ranging in age from one to nine.

Wichita Falls police officers were initially called to check on the welfare of three children after a seven year old suffered a large leg bruise.

Child Protective Services joined the investigation and say a one year old was found to have multiple bruising all over the body.

Thursday night, 43-year old Frank Perez was booked into the Wichita County Jail.

Perez is charged with three counts of an injury to a child. His bond has been set at $225-thousand.
