Ever wonder what it's like to have a complete stranger sleep in your house for three days?
Debi Walters, a host this year, is opening her home to four strangers, from all over the world, during this year's Hotter'N Hell Hundred.
She believes this is the best way to shine a positive light on Wichita Falls.
"If we as Wichitans can come together and show people from around the world how great our city is, and what our hospitality is, what greater way can we represent Wichita Falls than to house some people when they come?" said Walters.
She said hosting was not an easy decision.
"I've been thinking about it all summer and probably the concern of strangers in your home kind of stopped me from doing it," said Walters.
Even so, she met with the Chamber of Commerce to discuss her options.
"I was convinced that this was the thing to do," said Walters. "I've gone and competed in triathlons and races where you meet some really neat and wonderful people."
One of the bikers Walters is hosting will be traveling from Canada.
This will be her first year hosting for the Hotter'N Hell Hundred.
